Delivery

Independent bakers produce the food. CAKE WHORE is the seller of record for platform orders. Delivery or collection arrangements depend on whether the product is postable (Route A) or enquiry-only (Route B).

Products marked for UK-wide delivery can enter the basket. Postage is a fixed £15.99 UK chilled postage charge shown in the basket and at checkout (when payment is enabled). A basket may only contain cakes from one baker.

Dispatch timing comes from the baker’s declared availability on the variant. Where a lead time is unknown, the listing should show an honest reason rather than a fake date.

Non-postable products cannot be added to the basket. Use the enquiry form on the product page to request a quote. Local delivery or collection, geography, and timing are agreed as part of that quote — they are not standardised on a single national postage rate.

This page does not invent courier brands, same-day guarantees, or regional cut-off times beyond what a listing states. Failed delivery caused by incorrect address details you supply may require a new arrangement with the baker or platform once orders are live.

If a paid order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos where helpful. Remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods are described under Refunds & cancellations. Platform contact channels for paid orders will be confirmed on Contact.

Card checkout is not currently enabled on production. Delivery of a paid order only applies once payment processing is live and an order is confirmed paid.
